Business Model Design
A business model is simply a plan describing how a business intends to make money. It explains who your customer base is and how you deliver value to them and the related details of financing and resourcing.
Having a good idea is one thing, building it into a sustainable, profitable one is another. Follow our Business Model Design process, which is used by thousands of companies all over the globe. Capture your entire business plan into a strategic 1-page business model canvas that is easy to communicate, yet comprehensive.
The business model canvas, developed by Alexander Osterwalder, is a strategic management tool that lets you visualize and assess your business idea or concept. It’s a one-page document containing nine boxes that represent different fundamental elements of a business.
We are living in extraordinary times. It could be argued that this is the best time to be alive. Technology allows people to do things that were simply impossible just a few years ago. Private companies are going to space, ordinary people connect via video across the globe all the time and small groups of people are able to disrupt large existing organizations. The reason for all of this is because of Exponential change.
Now you have to embrace change while ensuring you have the mindset to leverage the benefits of adopting technologies and an exponential mindset. You can do this by adopting our ExO formulae and the 11 attributes that make organizations scalable.
Undercurrent is part of a global network of consultants that implement the OpenExO framework for exponential growth.
OpenExO have built a global community of ExO coaches and consultants, technology thought leaders and innovators and disruptive doers that are helping organizations from across the world to leverage Exponential transformation. We have a number of programs and opportunities for organizations of all sizes.
How we work
Each of our services is delivered via interactive and creative workshops, both virtual and contact. Workshops are tailored to each client’s needs and can be run in block days or a few hours per week.
For start-ups and early growth companies, it is best to run the workshops sequentially, whilst more established companies are able to select services for their unique needs. Contact us for a discussion on your specific requirements.
